After becoming certified as a National Strength and Conditioning Association personal trainer(NSCA-CPT), he dived into strength and conditioning training. His specialty is to combine high intensity training, functional training, calisthenics and yoga to provide a training program that can burst your metabolism as well as improve your overall body performance.
To him, fitness is a constant battle between his mind and body. He strives to make his own mind to listen to his body as well as his body to his mind. He is eager to spread his enthusiasm and knowledge to his clients.
