These terms and conditions apply to all persons using the services of the Fitness Centre (“Clients”):

  • All Clients must abide by the rules and regulations of the Fitness Centre and follow the instructions and directions of its employees.
  • All Clients represent that they are in good health and physical condition and are able to use the services of the Fitness Centre safely.
  • All Clients use the services of the Fitness Centre at their own risk and save as provided by law, the Fitness Centre and its employees shall not be liable for any discomfort, illness, injury, loss or damage arising out of its use.
  • All Clients must safeguard their personal belongings and not leave valuable items in the Fitness Centre (including in the lockers). The Fitness Centre and its employees shall not be liable for any damage, loss or theft of any property brought to the Fitness Centre.
  • The Fitness Centre requires a minimum of 12‭ ‬hours notice for any changes or cancellations in appointments‭ (‬personal‭, ‬partner and‭/‬or group training sessions‭). ‬The Fitness Centre will not charge any fees if the notice‭ ‬was given in the aforementioned time frame‭.‬
    • If this notice is not received‭, ‬and the session is CANCELED‭, ‬the appointment will count as if delivered and charges will apply‭.‬
    • If less than 12‭ ‬hours notice‭, ‬and the Client would like to CHANGE the booking time within the SAME DAY‭, ‬there will be NO CHARGE as per trainer availability and facilities permitting‭.‬
    • If less than 12‭ ‬hours notice‭, ‬and the Client would like to CHANGE the booking time to ANOTHER DAY‭,‬ the same charges as per session cancellations will apply‭.‬
  • All scheduled appointments will commence and conclude at their scheduled times. All Clients are advised to arrive at least five minutes before a scheduled appointment is due to begin.
  • Member card balances have no expiry and are transferable but are strictly non refundable.
