Certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, William is a personal trainer who focuses on functional training, movement performance optimization, and injury prevention. He started his career as a personal trainer in 2002 upon graduating from the University of Notre Dame, where he excelled as a sprinter for the Big East Champion Track & Field Team.

He has previously worked as a full time trainer at New York Sports Club, where he was an instructor on the Club’s foundation course for new trainers. He has also had experience working at the Delbach Sports Medicine Rehabilitation clinic in the US, as well as at the Klinoerth Physical Therapy clinic in Shanghai.

William’s unique background has given him deep knowledge on functional anatomy, human movement, and injury patterns; allowing him to work with a wide range of people including young athletes developing speed, agility, and conditioning, as well as adults just beginning to exercise. He is exceptionally popular with clients who have chronic or acute joint pain, movement dysfunction, and postural disorder.

William is passionate about educating his clients and sharing knowledge with and from his colleagues on human movement, functional training, corrective exercises, injury management and rehabilitation. He is a native English speaker.
